Product Owner - Service and Sustainability (PLM)

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Owner to lead the development of infrastructure and services within the Service & Sustainability and Technical Communication areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

This is a strategic role where you’ll collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritize development, and deliver impactful solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain infrastructure for Service and Sustainability within PLM.
• Ensure Technical Communication services are effectively integrated into the PLM platform.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and release planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories.
• Conduct trade-off analyses and make decisions to meet business deliverables.
• Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients, and users.
• Research market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Promote Agile way-of-working and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Educational background in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in change management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently in English (verbal and written).
• Technically proficient, with the ability to apply technology to business goals and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused and results-driven, with a structured approach to planning and execution.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure and manage setbacks constructively.
• Curious and proactive mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and alignment with Grundfos values.
