Job Overview
- Develop and establish new business opportunities with potential customers in the assigned territory/sectors and with designated/named target accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls and client visits in line with KPIs, and record all visit reports promptly in the Sales System (MS Dynamics).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare GP and volume projections, along with short- and long-term action plans, to achieve sales targets.
- Execute the sales process, including pipeline management and sales cycle reporting in the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
- Maintain accurate client and target information in the CRM system, ensuring effective customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal sales resources and subject matter experts (e.g., Vertical Managers, Trade Lane Managers, product teams) to maximize closing ratios.
- Meet or exceed monthly productivity targets.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and integration by working closely with operations teams during implementation.
- Support Finance in achieving desired DSO targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Continuously maintain and enhance knowledge of company products by attending and completing all required training.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional interfaces.
- Strong planning, organizing, execution, and goal-setting abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Sound decision-making skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- 2–3 years of related sales or business development experience.
