Job Summary:

The Head of Solutions Engineering, APAC is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of advisory services that help clients maximize the value of SimCorp's solutions. With typically 10-15 years of experience in leadership roles within consulting, advisory, or financial services, this position drives the development and execution of the Solutions Engineering strategy, ensuring that SimCorp's solutions are successfully implemented, delivering measurable results, and meeting clients' business objectives. This role will lead a team of senior consultants, work closely with clients to understand their needs, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives, ensuring alignment between SimCorp’s offerings and client goals. This role will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and driving business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Could Include:

  • Lead the development and execution of SimCorp's Solutions Engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and client objectives.
  • Oversee a team of senior consultants and advisors, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and value to clients by helping them achieve their business goals with SimCorp’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development and identify new opportunities for advisory services that complement SimCorp's core offerings.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead complex, high-value advisory engagements, overseeing the successful delivery of projects, including strategic assessments, solution recommendations, and ongoing advisory support.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that services are aligned with market demands and client needs.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives within the Solutions Engineering function, establishing SimCorp as a leader in the financial technology space.
  • Analyze client feedback, market trends, and industry developments to continuously refine our approach, ensuring that SimCorp’s offerings remain relevant and impactful.
