Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategy for Facility services to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Co-work with Regional Category Management team in category strategy alignment and support regional category sourcing activity;
- Co-work with Global business service team in daily operations for purchase requisition fulfillment
- Serve as an effective interface between internal stakeholder (Facility, production department etc.) with supplier, to evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery performance;
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for the company
- Valuable output in supplier pool optimization and vendor management, with significant productivity and improved service;
- Productivity knowledge, willing and pro-active work with category manager and internal stakeholder to contribute the productivity for team
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in Facility or office supply management;
- Experience in procuring maintenance services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, in procuring utility services.
- Working under pressure with many urgent case
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with global shared services is preferred
- Experience with cross-regional projects in APAC is preferred
- Proficiency in Japanese and Korean languages is preferred.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools is preferred.
- Top 500 foreign company is preferred;
