  • Your new role 
  • As a Corporate Planning and Business Development Lead, you will:
  • Corporate Planning: Lead the company’s annual strategic planning, including Mid-Term Strategy development, Gameplan, and short-term tactical and brand plans, while facilitating workshops and performance reviews to ensure clarity, alignment, and a future-focused strategy across the organization in accordance with Strategic Corporate Cycle Management.
  • Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships to develop business opportunities aligned with the company’s goals; analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions, and lead commercial collaboration partnerships while supporting Business Units (BUs) in identifying and executing deals.
  • Partner Governance: Support BU alliance marketing in managing partner performance and governance structures in line with contracts, including decisions on amendments, renewals, or terminations as necessary.
  • New Product Planning: Serve as the strategic lead for cross-functional planning, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence to ensure successful product launch readiness and progress communication.
  • Market Strategy Development: Analyze the value and risks of new projects, align them with strategic goals, allocate resources accordingly, and develop go-to-market strategies for pipeline products that reflect both local market dynamics and global priorities.

  • Your skills & qualifications 
  • We’re looking for a new Corporate Planning BD Lead who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/management or a related field (advanced degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in business development, alliance management, and product management.
  • Proven success in leading product launches, managing strategic partnerships, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining a solution-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills to engage multiple stakeholders, combined with knowledge and agility to explore broader ecosystems involving data, digital, and emerging technologies.
  • Enterprise mindset focused on maximizing synergy in alignment with company priorities.
