Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack UI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces, while also contributing to backend services. This position is suitable for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack, from front-end design to backend integration. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills and experience and knowledge of modern web technologies, particularly in building user interfaces for complex data-driven applications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript libraries, jQuery and related technologies.
  • Implement UI components for Power Pages applications and government portals.
  • Collaborate with API developers to integrate front-end interfaces with backend services.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive user experiences.
  • Leverage web services to access data from other systems.
  • Design, write, unit test, and document application code.
  • Use in-depth understanding of the Power Platform to solve technical and business problems.
  • Read and interpret documentation such as requirements definitions, User Stories, technical articles and procedure manuals.
  • Write clear, concise documentation, including reports, requirements, design specifications, and client communications. 
  • Provide critical thinking, problem solving, and design skills, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of related software development experience.
  • Strong experience with jQuery, JavaScript, REST APIs. 
  • Proficiency in C#/.Net 8.0+, with experience in Entity Framework.
  • Solid understanding of SQL (queries, optimization, relational database design).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Familiarity with agile development practices, version control systems (Git) and pull request workflows.
  • U.S. citizenship required, with the ability to pass a government background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with form validation, error handling, and user experience best practices.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience converting wireframe designs into production web interfaces, or equivalent UI development experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform development, including writing custom code in Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Rest web services.
