The Opportunity

Crown is home to a diverse range of dining experiences — from casual eats to premium restaurants. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our part-time back-of-house teams at:

• The Waiting Room (TWR)
• Mahogany
• Conservatory

In these roles, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Following HACCP and food safety protocols
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

About You

You’Ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)

Additional Information

You’Ll Bring:

• Proven experience in high-volume catering or restaurants within a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
