The role 

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our Food & Beverage and Conventions & Entertainment divisions, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
• Provide financial guidance and support to business partners
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

About You

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience working in a similar role within a large complex environment. 
• Recognised member of Professional Body (CA or CPA).
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry (preferred)
