HR Intern - Italy

Your Mission

• As an HR Intern at Sungrow Italy, in Milan, you will gain hands-on experience in key HR operational processes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple functions.
• These will be some of your daily tasks:
• Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.
• Update and fill out internal HR files and documents.
• Ensure the databases are maintained and updated regularly.
• Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR.
• Being the primary back up, in case of HRBP absence, to provide general support and gathering employees requests.
• Support in management of monthly employee time sheets.
• Contribute to arrange internal communications.
• Occasionally drive and own small projects or part of wider projects, in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.

Your Profile

Alright, now that you know what your day-to-day will look like, let's have a look at the requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, Economics.
• Very good communication skills (written and oral) both in Italian and English (C1).
• Permit to work in Italy.
• Accuracy, organization and high-quality result oriented.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude.
