What You’Ll Do

As our Market Quality & Safety Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Quality & Safety ComplianceImplement and govern quality and safety processes to ensure compliance with Mars standards and local regulations in Thailand and Vietnam.
• Audit and Risk ManagementConduct regular audits on safety and quality in logistics operations and warehouses. Ensure adherence to Distribution Quality Management (DQM) and External Manufacturing Quality Management (EMQM) standards.
• Training & Capability BuildingProvide training to warehouse teams on quality standards and ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management Process (QMP) system.
• Incident ManagementLead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions (CAPA) for safety and quality issues.
• Safety Program LeadershipOversee the implementation of the logistics safety program and run safety campaigns across the Thailand and Vietnam markets.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance, R&D, or Supply Chain in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in auditing, quality management systems, and safety management. Certifications such as FSSC 22000 or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within teams.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
