The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end member journey and build reporting products that demonstrate engagement value to our clients.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll blend product leadership, UX strategy, and data storytelling to improve member engagement and drive client success.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead the UX Roadmap – Own the strategy, planning, and execution for member-facing experiences—such as onboarding, goal setting, and program matching—that support, motivate, and keep members engaged throughout their journey.
• Define Reporting Strategy – Create the vision and roadmap for client-facing reporting products that clearly communicate outcomes and value.
• Drive Discovery & Design – Translate insights into intuitive, high-converting user flows in partnership with UX/UI teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Growth, Network, Campaign, and Clinical teams to ensure a cohesive member journey.
• Execute with Agility – Partner with engineering leads to run sprint ceremonies and deliver high-impact features on time.
• Tell the Value Story – Turn engagement and outcomes data into compelling ROI narratives for leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products.
• Must have experience bridging front-end UX with back-end data and reporting.
• Proven success leading roadmaps, writing user stories, and managing agile teams to results.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, employer benefits).
• Strong track record of launching user-centric features with measurable outcomes.
• Skilled with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Excellent communicator able to present vision, results, and ROI to executives and clients.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy/security (HIPAA).
• History of simplifying complex healthcare or wellness journeys.

Location & Travel

• Remote, U.S.-based role with occasional domestic travel.
• Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern time zones due to cross-functional meeting schedules.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
