Job Description
- At Talan Poland, we are currently looking for a new team member to join our HR department as "HR Operations Specialist", reporting directly to the Head of People & Talent Development.

- What will you be doing?
- As HR Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related administrative queries.
- Managing and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Handling absence and attendance records.
- Maintaining accurate HRIS data (SuccessFactors - SAP).
- Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with our local payroll provider.
- Preparing new hire documents and employment contracts.
- Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensuring operational excellence and compliance in all HR transactions.
- Supporting the implementation of new HR initiatives.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization.
- Strong command of Polish & English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR systems – knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive mindset.
- People-oriented with great communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Languages:
- Polish (native or bilingual level)
- English (Proficient level)
- Spanish (is a plus)
