About The Role

ZetaChain is at a critical inflection point in its Korea expansion, and this role is pivotal in shaping the country’s Web3 infrastructure and regulatory future. As Senior Business Development Lead, you won’t just open doors — you’ll help define the roadmap for mass blockchain adoption in one of the world’s most innovative tech markets.

ZetaChain is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader in Korea with strong networks across major corporations, government, and financial institutions. Unlike a typical BD role, this position is about leveraging high-level relationships and closing transformative deals that bring Korea’s leading enterprises into Web3 through ZetaChain.

You will be the face of ZetaChain in Korea, responsible for initiating and finalizing partnerships with top-tier organizations. This includes identifying strategic opportunities, directly engaging with C-level executives, and driving negotiations through to signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Drive ZetaChain’s expansion in Korea by sourcing and closing high-value partnerships.
• Leverage existing networks with leading conglomerates, financial institutions, technology firms, and public sector leaders.
• Build trust with decision-makers (C-suite, government officials, regulators) to enable Web3 adoption.
• Lead partnership structuring, negotiation, and execution from end to end.
• Represent ZetaChain as a thought leader at key events, industry forums, and with the media.
• Work closely with global leadership to align Korea strategy with ZetaChain’s global objectives.

About You

You are a connector at the highest level — trusted by executives, respected by institutions, and experienced in closing complex partnerships. You thrive in situations where influence and relationships matter as much as technical execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Fluent in Korean
• 10+ years of senior experience in business development, government affairs, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing major deals with top enterprises or institutions.
• Strong personal network in Korea’s corporate, financial, or public sector landscape.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging at the C-suite and government level.

Nice-To-Have:

• Fluent in English
• Background in government affairs, public policy, or corporate strategy.
• Experience bridging traditional industries into digital transformation or Web3.
• Prior leadership role in tech, fintech, or consulting.
• Entrepreneurial or investment experience (e.g. family office, venture capital, corporate VC).
