Your Role:
Responsible for providing administrative support for trade show activities and participating in trade show and event coordination.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing corporate, regional, and customer events.
- Work cross-functionally to process invoices, expenses, speaker agreements, and more.
- Assist with schedules, and tracking of all activities for vendor shows.
- Partner with third party vendors to ensure literature and trade show equipment orders are secured for applicable trade shows.
- Seek out competitive proposals and negotiates with vendors to optimize event outcome.
- Support logistics and storage of trade show properties and equipment at warehouse.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing and reviewing feedback for all organized activities.
- Typically requires travel 5-10% of the time.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or life sciences; At least 6 months experience in a marketing or communications role; or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Experience with CRM and lead management preferred.

This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.
The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $30.34 - $33.00/per hour reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
