Job Description

During recent years, Docplanner has transitioned from a local startup to a global leader in healthcare technology. In this evolution, we identified the critical need for standardized, scalable sales strategies that leverage data-driven insights across all our global markets. The Global Sales Strategy Lead role is central to this mission, driving analytical excellence and strategic clarity that empower our sales teams worldwide.

What will you do?

  • Develop Global Sales Strategies: Execute analytical projects to define, refine, and implement global sales strategies, enabling sustained growth.
  • Generate Strategic Insights: Conduct CRM and market data analysis, research projects, and sales experiments to inform and improve sales strategy.
  • Drive Sales Productivity: Optimize processes, leverage CRM and product automations, and enhance sales team routines globally.
  • Scale Best Practices: Identify, document, and scale successful initiatives and insights from one market to all markets.
  • Support Global Enablement: Assist in creating global sales enablement programs and materials to enhance selling capabilities and efficiency.
  • Data Management & Visualization: Use tools such as Tableau and SQL to create impactful visualizations, dashboards, and reporting that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Business Modeling & Forecasting: Lead business analyses, financial forecasting, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Engage regularly with sales leaders and stakeholders across markets to align on global initiatives and share progress.
  • Project Management: Own and drive key strategic projects, tracking outcomes, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
  • Continuously Improve Operations: Constantly refine sales operations and strategic workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

What Will Help You Succeed?

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or similar analytical roles and/or 2-4 years in management consulting ideally with MBA
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish are advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent reporting tools), capable of creating and managing dashboards.
  • Business-oriented background with skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Previous experience in sales roles or working closely with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, international teams.
  • Experience in high-paced scale-ups or management consulting is preferred.  

Location: Remote-first role, ideally based in Spain, Brazil or Poland.
