Your Mission

We are seeking a FP&A Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This Business Partner role will be pivotal in delivering financial insights and overseeing the planning and forecasting of BMG’s UK-owned frontline recorded masters. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes, ultimately ensuring the financial success of our business. This is a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave, starting mid November 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a business partner to Frontline Label Management, Product Managers and A&R teams, delivering impactful management information and insights into key release P&Ls.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to interpret P&L performances, influencing decision-making.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to forecast key release projects and analyze variances to budget.
  • Produce regular key release reports for senior management, including analysis of monthly results and trends.
  • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts in line with actuals and strategic plans.
  • Develop scenario planning capabilities to test strategic and operational decisions, providing insights for future planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify key risks and opportunities to ensure financial viability of projects.
  • Prepare post deal appraisals, discuss with management and feed into investment decision making
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What You Bring

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with significant post-qualified experience in FP&A and business partnering.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the music industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance teams.
  • Experience with royalties, recoupment, and advances.
  • A team player who can build rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking skills, with a drive to uncover root causes of issues and propose actionable solutions.
