Job Description

This role offers a range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will support INX International’s marketing team by creating compelling content and managing digital platforms that drive brand awareness, support product launches, and enable sales success. This role blends content marketing, digital communications, and web coordination to ensure INX’s messaging is consistent, strategic, and optimized across all channels.

Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and cross-functional teams, the specialist will draft and edit marketing content, manage website updates and email campaigns, and ensure compliance with digital standards. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller and digital problem solver, with strong writing skills and a technical mindset for web and email best practices including SEO (search engine optimization).

As Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Content Creation & Campaign Support

  • Write, edit, and proof marketing content including sell sheets, product pages, blogs, case studies, white papers, and emails.
  • Support campaign execution with content for social media, presentations, websites, and email marketing.
  • Research industry trends (packaging, inks, coatings) to create relevant and insightful content.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Proofread and edit materials produced by internal teams and agencies for clarity and accuracy.
  • Contribute to content calendars to support marketing initiatives and product launches.

Digital & Web Management

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the INX corporate website and campaign microsites.
  • Collaborate with IT and external developers to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and accessibility compliance.
  • Manage SEO best practices, technical optimization, and analytics reporting to improve performance.
  • Support creation of landing pages and forms in Eloqua, ensuring proper integrations and data capture.
  • Coordinate website software updates, plug-ins, and integrations to keep systems stable and current.

Email Marketing & Compliance

  • Create, test, and optimize email campaigns to support lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Ensure functionality of forms, accuracy of subscriber data, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Maintain opt-in standards and monitor deliverability best practices.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Work with agency partners to refine creative assets and align campaigns to brand guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Share performance insights and recommend improvements for campaigns and content.

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or web coordination.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with knowledge of SEO-driven practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Eloqua preferred; HubSpot or similar acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects to completion.

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Experience in inks, coatings, or packaging
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal required; WordPress or similar a plus).
