Description

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CTO, and SVP of Product, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, oversee logistics for company-wide events, and support multiple strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting multiple executives simultaneously.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars (CEO, CTO, SVP of Product), including internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain Executive Leadership Team, CTO, Product, and other key leadership calendars.
  • Coordinate and schedule ad-hoc executive and team meetings as needed.
  • Manage executive travel planning and itineraries.
  • Oversee expense reports and billing approvals for executives.
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide and team specific events, including offsites, all company meetings, and Board Meetings.
  • Support executives’ weekly meetings, including build agendas, capture action items, follow-ups, and key decisions.
  • Ensure executives are added to relevant function meetings on a quarterly cadence.
  • Assist executives with crafting communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain internal communication hubs.
  • Manage Company Workspaces in via the company intranet.
  • Maintain Resource Hubs, Company Calendar, and Company Meeting Hubs.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires when needed.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc meet-ups for employees when senior executives are involved.
  • Support special projects and tasks for CEO, CTO, and SVP of Product.

You Have

  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked. 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Tech company experience preferred.
  • East Coast time zone based.

Pay Range Disclosure (For Us Openings Only)

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $87,000 - $130,000 per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
