At SinglePoint we pride ourselves on building lasting client relationships and delivering service excellence. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead our client services team, oversee daily operations, and act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of Client Services Representatives while working closely with IT, Accounting, Operations (including Customer Care, Collections, Sales), and Executives to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring that reporting and service standards are consistently met.
What You’Ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Client Services team
- Act as the primary escalation point for client inquiries and service issues
- Oversee client communications, reporting, and account updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support IT with client platform queries and system tasks
- Assist with reporting, month-end statements, and client receivable processing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure compliance with directives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of accounting and trust accounting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a collection agency, call centre, BPO environment is an asset
