Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Google Pixel – India Marketing

About The Role:
Google's Devices & Services marketing team is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our hardware products, including Pixel, Nest, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our products to life for consumers, managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, and working with a wide range of internal and external partners to achieve our business objectives.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving. You will be a key player in launching new products and executing marketing strategies that build our brand and drive sales in the competitive Indian market.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Campaign & Launch Management: Successfully direct and execute comprehensive retail operations and integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches, such as the Google Pixel line, within the Indian market.
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective offline and digital marketing strategies that significantly boost brand visibility, consideration, and preference.
- Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Partner closely with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns that are directly aligned with business objectives and drive measurable sales growth.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and rigorous competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends, consumer insights, and new opportunities for business growth.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that all channel marketing strategies are perfectly aligned with overall business goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Channel Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with key channel partners to drive sell-through, execute co-marketing initiatives, and continuously enhance the in-store and online customer experience.
- Budget & Project Management: Meticulously manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines by closely tracking cost estimates, purchase orders, and overall marketing spend to maximize ROI.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, retail and channel marketing, or brand management.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the consumer electronics, technology, or telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-profile product launches.
- Strong understanding of the Indian retail and e-commerce landscape.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence partners.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and working with finance and procurement teams.
