ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fulfillment Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the strategic growth and business success of Ovoko’s fulfillment. While local operational management will be handled by on-site teams, You will focus on business development, commercial performance, quality of seller stock, and strategic decision-making to ensure the fulfillment center delivers strong results and becomes a long-term success. You will get to build your own team to support you with the challenges along the way. Importantly, this role will be one of the key positions shaping the future of the used car parts market in Europe - and beyond.
The offered salary for this position starts at 5,800 EUR (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.

In This Role, You Will
- Act as the business owner of the fulfillment operation, ensuring its long-term success
- Strengthen and optimize contractual agreements between Ovoko and sellers to ensure alignment and mutual benefit
- Analyze sales trends and stock performance (sell-through rate, demand patterns, euro per part).Own the P&L for the fulfillment operation with the support of the FP&A Person
- Coordinate closely with the Head of Shipping & Operations on strategic initiatives, commercial priorities, and resource allocation. Monitor all financial KPIs including revenue, profitability per seller and per product category, and euro per part
- Identify, prioritize, acquire, and onboard new sellers with high-quality, high-potential stock relevant for fulfillment
- Build a team who will act as single point of contact for sellers, while maintaining long-term relationships, providing them with regular updates on their stock performance, and organizing fulfillment site visits
- Define, track, and improve key fulfillment KPIs. Prepare regular performance reports and action plans for improvement.
- Lay the foundation for future scaling and opening of additional fulfillment centers after the current one reaches sustainable performance.
What We'Re Looking For
- Fulfillment & Operations Expertise – proven experience managing or scaling fulfillment in e-commerce, automotive, or retail logistics
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen – strong data-driven decision-making, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and ROI-focused thinking
- Seller & Partner Management – building long-term relationships, advising on standards, and negotiating contracts
- Strategic Execution & Collaboration – ability to turn vision into results while working cross-functionally with operations and finance
- Communication, Adaptability & Tech-Savvy – excellent stakeholder influence, frequent travel readiness, and comfort with digital/automation tools
- Self-motivated and independent – someone who thrives on big challenges and knows how to tackle them head-on
