Senior GTM Product Manager

Joining our team as a Senior GTM Product Manager, you will manage the local go-to-market process for new product features, including strategy, planning, testing, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch.
This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong understanding of operations, driving excellent business judgment, strong interpersonal skills to influence and work across markets and other functional teams, the ability to understand how things work and translate operational processes to product requirements, a data-driven and analytical approach to customer pain points, and a passion for building excellent products.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and product teams;
• Together with the other stakeholders, make sure that the product development plan is aligned with business goals and market needs;
• Engage daily in a two-way communication between business and product teams;
• Gathering market insights, teams, and users' feedback to inform product development decisions and strategy;
• Translating product specifications and technical jargon into language that is easily understood by business stakeholders;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into product features;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows to enhance collaboration between business and product teams;
• Manage the external cooperation & contracts with partners and subcontractors who supply services for our buyers & sellers.

What Will You Need To Be Successful In This Role?

• Relevant experience related to new product or product features launch communication;
• Proven experience in product management, project management, marketing communication, or a similar role within the e-commerce or tech industry;
• Preferably in a mass audience product;
• Strong understanding of the product development process and Agile methodologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams;
• Exceptional planning & execution skills;
• Fluency in English is essential;
• Knowledge of the automotive market, preferably on the dealer/OEM side (nice to have).
