Tietoevry Banking is looking for a Senior Sales Executive for the Financial Services market in Finland. In this role you will drive our go-to-market strategy and play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives in Finland.  

As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for: 

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to Finnish market to achieve sales targets and business growth. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Finland. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Finland. Develop a robust sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. 
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Coordinate with regional and global teams to leverage resources and best practices. 
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales goals. 
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales operations in the geographic market. 
  • Thought Leadership and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights and expertise on market trends and best practices. 

We Expect You To Have:

  • Proven experience in sales, relationship building, and project management. 
  • Strong background in solution and service sales, ideally combined with solution architect skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and customer engagement skills. 
  • Hands-on operational experience with a deep understanding of the market. 
  • Demonstrable and successful track-record of winning new strategic long-term deals. 
  • Demonstrable negotiating skills . 
  • Experience with writing and negotiating contracts. 
  • High-level sales or executive presentation skills with the ability to gain credibility and trust with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencers within the customer organizations. 
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
