Your Career
Our Cloud-Delivered Security QA organization is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior QA Manager with expertise in cloud services, automation, integrations, and security technologies. You will be part of a world-class team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our \cloud security services. As a QA leader, you will own the quality strategy for end-to-end testing, covering functional, integration, performance, and cloud-scale reliability. You will guide your team through all phases of the product lifecycle — from design and development to deployment and customer success — ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of enterprise security and performance.Your Impact
- Lead a diverse, high-performing QA team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability across a distributed organization
- Define and drive the QA strategy for cloud-delivered services, ensuring robust functional, integration, performance, and security testing
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver quality products aligned with business and customer needs
- Champion automation-first practices, building frameworks and pipelines integrated into CI/CD workflows
- Drive quality for complex integrations with third-party cloud services, APIs, and enterprise identity/security systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Support to ensure smooth releases, high availability, and customer satisfaction
- Establish metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track quality, performance, and release readiness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud, AI/ML-driven quality assurance, and DevSecOps, incorporating innovations into QA processes
- Serve as a mentor and coach, developing the skills and careers of your QA engineers while holding them accountable for delivery excellence
- Own the customer-quality mindset, ensuring that every release delivers measurable reliability, performance, and security improvements
Qualifications
Core QA & Management
- 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in QA leadership/management roles
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS product QA, preferably in security/data protection, or compliance software
- Experience managing QA for cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven expertise in integration testing with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise tools
- Solid experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing for distributed systems
- Strong understanding of QA automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured, etc.)
- Track record of building CI/CD integrated test pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices QA practices
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale QA teams across geographies
- Strong skills in release management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with DevOps and SRE teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and business risks to stakeholders

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $185000/YR - $298000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
