Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Provide daily support and coaching to team members and managers across Ukraine and Poland on P&C/HR matters.
• Resolve complex people-related issues and support retention strategies in collaboration with management.
• Facilitate onboarding and probation evaluations for new hires, ensuring end-to-end process management through the corporate HR system.
• Manage offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Optimize local P&C/HR processes and lead internal communications.
• Support compensation and benefits processes locally, advise on salary ranges using market salary survey data.
• Drive performance management activities within corporate systems.
• Promote learning opportunities, identify training needs locally and support training arrangements.
• Ensure legal compliance and adapt global P&C/HR policies to local regulations.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting on key P&C/HR metrics and trends for senior and global management.

• Use MS Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.

• Communicate confidently in English at an upper-intermediate level.
