Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Crop Field Expert for Czech Republic & Slovakia who will specialize in specialty crops, vegetables, and biologicals.

Join our Technical Support team with your relevant experience in crop protection trialing, technical data processing and technical materials preparation.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the launch of new products
• Preparation of technical data and relevant materials
• Cooperation with the team, regional experts and external partners
• Providing technical trainings to sales teams

Qualifications

• University degree in Agriculture or related field
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
• Strong influencing skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to travel extensively for business trips across Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak (native/professional level)
• Intermediate to communicative level of English
