Senior Data Analyst (m,f,x)

The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Production & DASH team, you’ll be part of the Fulfillment organization. Your main focus is to build metrics, dashboards, and analyses based on production data to support stakeholders with decision-making for production optimization and to enable reliable production monitoring. You’ll be the central point of contact for data and analytics questions. Your experience in analytics and related technologies—combined with strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills—will have a tangible impact on company performance.

What You’Ll Do

• Build & maintain a KPI framework: Define, measure, and standardize key production metrics (e.g., throughput, utilization, first-time-right, lead time, OEE), including clear data and terminology definitions.
• Dashboards & monitoring: Develop, automate, and maintain impactful Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring, including alerting/thresholds and SLA/SLO tracking.
• Root-cause & variance analyses (supporting): Use data to identify bottlenecks, quality issues, and process deviations across production and fulfillment flows, and quantify impact. You prepare decision-ready insights; action design and execution are handled by the responsible teams.
• Ad-hoc analyses & reporting: Answer time-critical operational questions (e.g., shift/day/week views) and provide reliable recurring reports.
• Stakeholder communication & decision support: Communicate results clearly and concisely, highlight the “so what”, and make options, risks, and potential impact transparent.
• Data quality & pipelines: Collaborate closely with Product/Data Engineering to ensure stable data models, ETL processes, data contracts, and quality checks.
• Incident support & post-incident reviews: Provide structured analytical support during incidents and share relevant learnings afterward.

What You'Ll Bring

• Strong experience in quantitative analytics roles, ideally with close collaboration alongside production/logistics/fulfillment teams.
• Technical expertise: Advanced SQL and solid application of foundational statistical tests.
• Data visualization: Strong proficiency with Grafana to create clear, high-impact visualizations.
• Analytical confidence: Comfortable working with large datasets while avoiding common pitfalls.
• Holistic thinking: Blend of analytical and critical thinking, paired with strong presentation and communication skills.

Outcome orientation: Ability to translate problems into decision-ready analytical insights and align stakeholders so that value-adding actions (executed by the owning teams) become possible.
