What You’Ll Do:
MGT Enterprise Account Executive's primary responsibility is to manage and grow revenue from large, strategic accounts, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, and closing high-value deals. You are required to manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients, developing and executing strategies to generate new business
Relationship Building:
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts. Developing the MGT Brand and Services outside of the traditional Technology Services Group (TSG) Market Segment.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and ensure a smooth transition to account management.
Solution Development:
Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets, focusing on both new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
Collaboration:
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, products, and customer success, to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Working with MGT Consulting & Advisory Teams and cross-selling the MGT Brand into the Community Colleges in California.
Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Reporting And Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting using Sales Force.

Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Negotiation And Closing Skills:
Experience in negotiating complex contracts and closing high-value deals.
Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify client needs, develop solutions, and address challenges effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the relevant industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Sales Force Proficiency:
Experience using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities.

Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
