Business Development ManagerJob Description:
eInfochips is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive service offerings across multiple verticals and segments. The Business Development Manager is expected to devise new value propositions comprising service offerings/IPs and drive partnerships that would drive strong growth for the company, in alignment with the strategic growth initiatives. Complete ownership – from solution definition to lead generation lies with the Business Development Manager. This involves identifying the value proposition, generating communication collateral and case studies, and executing the GTM plan to generate business leads.
Responsibilities
- Practice Marketing – Position and promote eInfochips service offerings with global customers.
- Solutions Marketing – Have the depth to understand customer challenges, and articulate complete engineering solutions to global customers
- Lead generation – Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation resulting in opening new accounts and increased revenue
- Strategic Partnerships – Identify, develop and drive partnerships with measurable results that complement our business.
- Collateral – Generate content for the website, case studies, white-papers, PPTs and videos
- Market Research – Identify market trends, challenges and top prospects for new and existing service offerings in various industry segments
- Sales Enablement – Educate and support the sales and business-development team to close strategic business
- Events and Trade Shows – Participate at relevant trade-shows to generate business leads
- Analyst reports – Participate in analyst RFIs, conferences, speak at events and conferences to drive recognition
Deliverables
- Business strategy and execution to drive measurable revenue results from product and engineering practices
- Collateral portfolio for new and existing product, practice and solution offerings
- Collaborate with engineering / delivery managers to address potential business
- Marketing campaigns and events that generate qualified leads
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in product management / product marketing roles for a technology company
- BE in the technology domain and MBA from a premier B-School
- Acumen to understand various business situations, and respond to changing market conditions
- Experience working with an Industry vertical (Automotive, Healthcare, Industrial, Aerospace, Consumer Devices) preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, client-facing experience are a plus
- Experience in building critical and/or complex products is preferable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and offerings in written, verbal or visual manner, and advanced proficiency with making Power Point Presentations.
