This individual will independently manage executional projects such as Annual POS Budgeting & Planning (BP), Centralized POS Ordering, and key enhancement initiatives. The POS Process Manager is expected to demonstrate a bias towards action and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, collaborating effectively across various business areas. Additionally, the role demands strong data proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the successful and timely delivery of all POS-related objectives.
Job Description
Pos Process Ownership
Take ownership of executing the POS process from start to finish, ensuring accountability, alignment, and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Independently lead execution-focused projects such as Annual POS Budgeting and Planning (BP), Centralized POS Ordering, and upcoming enhancements.
Manage a portfolio of projects with minimal guidance, proactively identifying next steps even in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
Foster continuous improvement of POS processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF ALL POS PROCESS EXECUTION
Lead and oversee the execution of daily operations, change management processes, and awareness initiatives related to point-of-sale (POS) systems by collaborating with both internal and external teams.
Maintain a well-organized structure of project tasks and timelines across all strategic initiatives.
Manage relationships with all internal RBNA stakeholders (including Brand, Insights, Trade Marketing, Trade Finance, Purchasing, and Operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment, promote awareness of POS updates and strategies, and enforce strict adherence to timelines.
Work closely with the Trade Finance team to track and manage project budgets.
Oversee the internal shared drive to ensure proper tracking and organization of all POS projects.
Ensure clear and timely communication with field teams regarding any changes, updates, or potential risks.
Maintain a comprehensive POS project plan outlining key milestones, tasks, and deadlines for use across sales and distribution teams.
Develop and uphold cross-functional standard operating procedures (SOPs) and responsibility assignment matrices (RACIs), ensuring accountability and timely execution among all cross-functional teams.
EXECUTION OF TEMP NATIONAL PILLAR POS STRATEGY AS ESTABLISHED BY BRAND AND TRADE MARKETING TEAMS
Manage the creation, updating, communication, and consolidation of all National Pillar order forms and quantities.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal cross-functional teams (Field Sales Teams, Brand/Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure the timely execution of all POS materials in alignment with Red Bull brand standards.
Support the execution of all POS projects by providing proactive status updates to key account and distribution stakeholders.
LEAD ANNUAL POS BUDGETING & PLANNING
Supports the execution of all annual Business Planning (BP) budgeting and planning milestones while providing proactive status updates to internal stakeholders, key accounts, and distribution partners.
Manages risks and develops solutions to overcome obstacles.
Leads tool preparation, communication, monitoring, and reporting efforts.
Conducts in-depth data analysis of final figures to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to the executive team.
Oversees the annual postmortem analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement, address challenges, and enhance processes.
Provides support to Sales and Distribution teams in business planning and budgeting initiatives, taking a leadership role in implementing related activities.
Ensures all content related to Pre-BP and Business Planning is delivered on time and reviewed by cross-functional leadership for approval (including kick-off materials, communications, etc.).
Acts as a project manager for specific BP tasks, ensuring cross-functional teams remain accountable and aligned to achieve timely execution of business planning objectives.
Serve as the initial point of contact to address project roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary.
Improvement & Data Analysis
Conduct data analysis (e.g., PAT Data Analysis) to guide point-of-sale (POS) placement and support strategic decision-making.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACIs), and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and alignment with objectives.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability and improving the efficiency of POS processes.
PROJECT MANAGE & SUPPORT EXECUTION OF FUTURE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES
Provide support to Sales and Distribution with ad-hoc project efforts and take the lead in implementing execution activities.
Carry out any ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Vice President and Director of Trade Marketing.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in professional services, management consulting or project management is preferred.
Demonstrates strong skills in planning, prioritization, and project management.
Proficient in Excel with advanced analytical abilities, including expertise in handling and manipulating datasets; experience with business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, including presentation delivery, professional writing, and collaborative teamwork.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
Capable of leading and managing projects independently, with critical thinking skills to determine next steps even in ambiguous situations.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills that promote networking and collaboration across departments.
Some technical knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) production processes, including print, permanent, and temporary formats, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - 173,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
