Senior UI/UX Designer (Must: Experience in Front-End Development)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to join our team. This cross-over role blends creativity with technical skills, focusing primarily on UI/UX design while also contributing to front-end development. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, as client interaction will be a significant part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design (Primary Focus)

• Collaborate with clients in brainstorming sessions to understand needs and vision.
• Translate business and visual requirements into clear design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Use Figma to develop modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs.
• Support internal marketing projects by creating competitive visual content.

Front-End Development (Secondary Focus)

• Contribute to building and refining user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with Angular or React to implement UI components.
• Be open to learning and growing technical development skills over time.
• Provide occasional support on tech builds as part of the delivery team.

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience working with marketing teams.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining marketing content.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing work.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Basic to medium-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Angular or React (willing to learn and improve).
