Purpose

As a Buying Specialist for Factory Outlet Apparel, you’ll support the creation and execution of product strategies that elevate the consumer experience and drive performance across our direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time—fueling growth and innovation across the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• SEASONAL STRATEGY SUPPORT
• Contribute to the development of channel-relevant product assortments that reflect consumer trends and drive sales and profitability.
• BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
• Deliver weekly performance insights and sales recaps to inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• ORDER MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS
• Assist with purchasing functions, article setup, and inventory coordination to ensure seamless execution across all tiers and regions.
• PROMOTIONAL PLANNING
• Support the identification and implementation of promotional opportunities to maximize sell-through and on-shelf availability.
• CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
• Work closely with allocation, planning, visual merchandising, and operations teams to align strategies and meet deadlines.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup formulas
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of retail metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and effective communication across teams and formats
