Summary

The Senior Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in executing our global social media strategy across all owned platforms and pages. This individual will work closely with regional teams, providing support for localized adaptations of our global campaigns to resonate with diverse audiences. The successful candidate will lead the development of innovative strategies that ensure consistency across brands while actively engaging with our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement global social media strategy across all owned platforms and pages, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with regional digital specialists to adapt global content and campaigns for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
  • Own the development and refinement of social media strategies based on performance insights, industry trends, and community feedback.
  • Remain at the forefront of social media trends and platform developments to identify new opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of social media platforms and tools to create, curate, and manage high-quality content that drives community engagement and builds brand loyalty.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and campaigns while maintaining the unique voice and identity of each brand within Fix Network.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments and optimizations.
  • Lead community engagement efforts with members across all platforms, addressing inquiries and comments promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Post secondary training in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree ideal.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the automotive, home restoration, retail, e-commerce, or franchise industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., SOCi, Sprout Social) and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meltwater, platform-specific insights) to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit) and their respective audiences, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, engaging content tailored to various audiences across different platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of trends and utilizing new techniques to enhance audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

Work Conditions
