Tu Rol:

• Liderar inicialmente una molécula en oncología (cáncer de vejiga aún no lanzado), con proyección a manejar tres líneas terapéuticas.
• Actuar como experto científico de confianza, estableciendo relaciones estratégicas con líderes de opinión y profesionales de la salud.
• Garantizar el uso seguro y adecuado de los recursos de la Compañía mediante el intercambio de información científica precisa y actualizada.
• Proporcionar educación médica sobre enfermedades, terapias y avances científicos.
• Recopilar y comunicar insights médicos que contribuyan a la estrategia corporativa.
• Desarrollar e implementar planes médicos territoriales, apoyar lanzamientos y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.
• Colaborar científicamente para optimizar recursos, elevar la atención al paciente y fortalecer la estrategia médica.

Tu Perfil:

• Título universitario en medicina (excluyente).
• Posgrado científico avanzado (ej. Maestría, PhD, MD, PharmD) – deseable.
• Experiencia clínica o investigadora relevante (mínimo 2 años).
• Conocimiento sólido en investigación clínica y Buenas Prácticas Clínicas.
• Experiencia previa como MSL – fuertemente valorada.
• Experiencia en oncología – ventaja distintiva.
• Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office y capacidad para investigar literatura médica.
• Inglés avanzado (excluyente) – se requiere fluidez oral y escrita para interactuar con equipos globales, acceder a literatura científica y participar en capacitaciones internacionales.
