Join BILL as a Staff GTM Systems Business Systems Analyst and be a driver of innovation within our Information Technology organization. You’ll become an integral part of the Business Technology team focused on transforming and optimizing the internal go-to-market tools that power BILL’s fast-paced growth. Your work will directly support a high-performing, forward-thinking team where collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning fuel meaningful progress on major financial automation projects.

In this strategic role, you will architect robust solutions, shape business analysis methodologies, and solve cross-functional process challenges. You will guide the future of BILL’s systems by implementing frameworks, driving process optimization, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver results on critical projects. Here, your expertise will help empower teams, support essential integrations, contribute to complex initiatives, and system transformations, ensuring BILL stays ahead in the evolving fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a domain expert, providing strategic guidance on process optimization and business analysis methodologies
• Develop and implement process frameworks, standards, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Resolve cross-functional business process issues creatively, leveraging extensive experience and company objectives
• Architect and lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and operational needs
• Manage complex projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and technical requirements gathering
• Influence and guide senior stakeholders to support and execute business initiatives

We’d love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PHD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience    
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, including expertise in configurations, workflows, and customization; Certified Salesforce Administrator (201) is preferred
• Deep technical understanding of system functions and integration between systems. Expertise in identifying root causes of complex technical problems and writing advanced technical requirements
• Strong customer focus, understanding customer needs and using this insight to influence team and project goals

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech industry
• A proven track record of contributing valuable ideas in brainstorming and continuous improvement sessions
• Skill in aligning project objectives with broader business goals and advocating for measurable technical outcomes

The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range$148,700—$178,500 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range$126,400—$151,700 USD
