Job Description

• Maintain client relationships by delivering timely responses to clients and escalating opportunities or risks to the Assistant Account Manager as appropriate.
• Coordinate customer projects end-to-end—controlling scope and schedule through daily collaboration with customer services and operations team. 
• Prepare quotations, contract-renewal preparation, and tender documents while conducting market intelligence to support commercial decisions. Track market developments, waste-reduction technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Additional Information

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of combined account-management and project-management experience in waste management, environmental tech, logistics, or other B2B service sectors.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling presentations and engaging with clients through different channels in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
