We are seeking a versatile and strategic HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support to our core functional departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Controlling. This role is pivotal in building organizational coherence as we scale. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, designing and implementing integrated people and organizational solutions that meet the unique needs of each function while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Description
• Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as the dedicated HR advisor to leaders and employees within assigned functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Controlling, etc.). Develop a deep understanding of their business goals, operational challenges, and team dynamics to provide expert guidance on all people-related matters.
• Talent & Leadership Development: Drive core HR processes across all functions, including workforce planning, developing effective strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, incentive compensation structures, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Organizational Effectiveness and Development: Proactively diagnose organizational health, team effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration challenges (e.g., between Sales and Finance on planning and forecasting). Facilitate solutions to improve workflow and communication.
• Culture & Change Leadership: Champion the XC's vision and values within all supported departments. Lead change management initiatives for organizational transformations, ensuring alignment and minimal disruption.
• HR Insights & Innovation: Utilize HR data and analytics to derive insights into trends such as workforce productivity, engagement, and attrition. Provide actionable recommendations to functional leaders to inform their people decisions.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex environment, supporting multiple client groups. Proven experience directly supporting Sales teams is advantage.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp the priorities, metrics, and culture of different functions—from the fast-paced Sales environment to the detail-oriented Finance and Controlling departments.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in core HR areas: talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibly partner with leaders of diverse backgrounds and functions.
• Resilient, pragmatic, and adaptable, capable of context-switching effectively between the varying needs and paces of different departments.
• Experience in high-tech, autonomous driving, or related industries is highly desirable.
