Senior Product Designer (f/m/d)

• We're looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) to join and own Product Design.
• Responsibilities
• Own the design process end-to-end — from research and ideation to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Lead UX for consumer-facing experiences that make blockchain and DePIN products intuitive, engaging, and delightful.
• Contribute to developer experience (DX) — helping to design tools, dashboards, and docs that make it easy for developers to build on peaq.
• Leverage AI in design workflows to explore faster iterations, improve research synthesis, and enhance creative exploration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and ecosystem partners to align on goals, validate solutions, and ship impactful products.
• Maintain a systems mindset — ensuring consistency across all surfaces, design components and interaction patterns while pushing for innovation where it creates the most impact.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience as a Senior Product Designer or Senior UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of digital product design.
• Strong UX focus — skilled at simplifying complex concepts into intuitive flows.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between brand and product — recognizing that they’re not just connected, but deeply intertwined in shaping user experience.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., for ideation, wireframing, research synthesis, or asset generation) to accelerate the design process.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working with the brand team, engineers, PMs, and external stakeholders.
• Experience and ability to work independently and drive the design process from exploration through launch in a fast paced, distributed startup environment.
• Hands-on experience in crypto, DeFi, or Web3.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in mentoring/guiding fellow designers.
