What You’Ll Be Doing
1.Market Development & Brand Building.Promote Danfoss solutions to customers in data-center ndustrial; establish brand presence and create an environment that drives multi-product sales.
2.Drive selected (Tier-1 and 2) data center accounts’ development to ensure our products and solutions are specified
Follow up data center accounts’ projects by coordinating with consultant/designers, COLOs/EPCs, OEM KAMs to improve win rate.
3.Responsible for pipeline visibility, quality and business tracking
4.Awareness of potential or emerging needs of data center accounts, cooperate with experts and R&D to make innovative technology and solutions to create new and sustainable business.
5.Support OEM KAMs closing projects and winning business related to the data center hotspot
6.Leading virtual regional data center network and driving performance.
7.Align operationally within local Sales teams on ongoing initiatives & challenges in channels/verticals (e.g. leadership, sales, sales drivers)
8.Develop new / emerging data center specific accounts (e.g. OEMs, Reps)
9.Be thought leader with up-to-date knowledge on current and emerging technologies and market trends
10.Support creating awareness of Danfoss within the data center engineering and end-user community through select industry trade associations, organizations, and conferences
11.Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Feedback
12.Continuously monitor regional market dynamics, industry trends and competitor activities; provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to guide adjustments in product offerings, pricing and marketing strategies.
What We'Re Looking For
1.Solid understanding of HVAC infrastructure solutions for data centers, Able to read HVAC schematics, perform capacity calculations, and interpret KPIs such as PUE, TCO and ROI.
2.Proficient in Value Selling, SPIN methodologies; capable of leading the full cycle from needs discovery and solution design to ROI justification, commercial negotiation, contract closure and cash collection.
3.Experienced in large-project bidding—able to independently prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFQ/RFP responses and clarification documents.
4.Able to design and execute joint marketing activities (roadshows, seminars, whitepapers) and measure their ROI.
5.Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP) to manage pipeline and forecasting.
6.Fluent in English; able to converse effectively with technical teams, procurement, finance, legal department.Strong cross-functional coordination to mobilize pre-sales, delivery, service and supply-chain resources.
7.Resilience & Results Orientation.Willing to travel 30 %–50 % and perform under high pressure at quarter- and year-end.
8.Fast learner—able to master new product portfolios and competitive differentiators within three months.
9.5+ years of deep customer relationships with hyperscalers, telecom operators, IDC providers or major EPCs.
