Company Overview:
Rakuten Mobile entered the market as the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) in Japan, a position that had not been approved for 13 years. The company began full-scale service in April 2020 with the goal of providing high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices.
As of February 2025, Rakuten Mobile has surpassed 8.5 million subscribers and is experiencing rapid growth.
The company officially began offering services to corporate clients in January 2023. Rakuten Mobile is a core business poised to drive the future growth of the Rakuten Group, and as such, is receiving significant investment, attracting considerable attention both domestically and internationally.
Currently, sales activities are underway to acquire 10 million subscribers by the end of the year.

Team Overview: Sales Planning & Management Department, Sales Planning Group, Promotion Team 1
As a horizontal organization within the Corporate Sales Department, we primarily manage progress against KPIs and analyze sales issues.
Our mission is not only to manage progress but also to improve progress toward achieving KPIs by collecting, understanding, analyzing, and resolving sales issues, and formulating policies and strategies to achieve them.

The organization is expanding, and there is an increasing need to improve operations in progress management and to plan and execute new strategies, so we are planning to increase the number of personnel.
Job Description
Mission
To support sales by managing progress toward achieving KPIs and formulating policies and strategies to achieve them in order to achieve the goals of the Rakuten Mobile corporate sales organization.
Key Roles
We will promote the achievement of the goals of the Rakuten Mobile corporate sales organization through the following three axes:
・Information Gathering: Comprehensively understand trends and results (sales, operations, strategy, etc.) across the entire corporate business division, and appropriately select information related to achieving organizational goals (subscriber acquisition, profitability).
・Action Plan Formulation: Formulate concrete action plans based on information and show the path to achieving organizational goals.
・Action Execution and Promotion: Involve stakeholders, steadily implement action plans, and promote goal achievement.
Specific Examples
・KPI design for subscriber and sales goals as Rakuten Mobile's corporate sales department ~ KPI penetration to the field
・Designing sales activity volume as a sub-KPI to achieve subscriber goals ~ Penetration to the field
・Planning and executing sales strategies and measures for subscriber acquisition through acquisition trends and on-site realities.
・Creating materials for high-level reports for presidents and executives.
Work Environment:

Required Skills:
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to find solutions to problems from multiple perspectives
