Responsibilitieso   Maintain analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights.o   Translate business requirements into technical data queries and reporting solutions o   Engage as a consulting partner for the lifecycle of data-driven projects, decision support, and maintain strong relationships across departments.o   Create and maintain interactive data visualizations using multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs.o   Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure data integrity and consistency. o   Contribute to improving data quality, governance, and reporting standards.  Required Qualifications o   Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related academic field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience supporting Data Warehouse analysis and requirements. o   Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a highly analytical environment performing complex business analyses, generating data-driven insights, and presenting findings to leadership and other stakeholders.o   Minimum 2 years of experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Sisense, JasperSoft, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Tableau) o   Experience working with large-scale/complex datasets and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) o   Proficiency in SQL with the ability to learn and use additional analytics tools as needed.o   Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities.o   Ability to extract, cleanse, merge, and analyze data from varied internal and external sources.o   Strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.o   Experience in analyzing segments of data or utilizing tools to identify and explain patterns, trends, and/or process improvements.o   Ability to create clear, concise graphs, charts, reports, and presentations summarizing analytical results and justifying suggestions. Preferred Qualifications o   Professional experience and academic training in advanced analytics. o   Experience in Data Mining using Python, R, SAS, or other analytics software, and familiarity with the following libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels. o   Finance or Payments industry background.  Core Competencies o   Critical Thinking: Evaluates assumptions and applies structured methods to validate findings. o   Collaboration: Works effectively with diverse teams across technical and business functions. o   Communication: Translates technical insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. o   Analytical & Scientific Curiosity: Approaches problems with curiosity and rigor, seeking to test and validate ideas with data. Why you will love working at TreviPay·       Competitive salary·       Paid parental leave·       Generous paid time off·       Medical, dental, vision, FSA, Life/AD&D, long and short term disability·       401K matching·       Employee referral program At TreviPay we believe:·       in saying yes to unique and challenging requirements·       empowered team members are creative team members·       our products make the customer’s day just a little bit better·       work/life balance makes us all more effective TreviPay is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.  We welcome all veterans and disabled applicants. Individuals with disabilities will be provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application and/or interview process.
