Are you a strategic leader ready to own the customer experience and drive growth across international markets?

We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Director of International Catalog Merchandising (UK, Ireland, Canada) to play a critical role in driving sustainable growth and bottom-line impact. You’ll shape our product and class merchandising strategies, lead localisation initiatives, and deliver a customer experience that is culturally relevant and commercially impactful.

If you’re a highly experienced manager ready to step into senior leadership, or an established leader eager to make a measurable impact in a high-growth environment, this is your opportunity to influence millions of customers across key markets.

What You Will Do:

Customer Experience & Merchandising Strategy

  • Design and implement a product and category merchandising strategy that balances customer value, supplier input, and technological requirements across international markets.

Localisation & Translation Excellence

  • Oversee localisation and translation processes, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance across both on-site and supplier-facing content.

Problem Solving & Analytics

  • Use your analytical toolkit to uncover insights and solve complex, ambiguous business challenges related to customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Category Management, Global Catalog Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics to align and execute strategies and improve tools and processes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of 10–15 merchandising and localisation specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Who You Will Be:

A commercially minded operator with strong business acumen, you understand how merchandising, site experience, and localisation drive customer behaviour, supplier performance, and overall business outcomes. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at solving complex problems, and inspire teams to deliver meaningful results.

What You Will Have:

Essential

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or a similarly quantitative and strategic field, with a focus on international markets (digital merchandising experience a plus).
  • Ability to work with and interpret large datasets to develop and influence commercial and merchandising strategy.
  • Strong business intuition and the ability to translate data into strategic action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across all levels including senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
