Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing for our flagship Sell-Side and growing Platform offerings by ensuring effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and alignment between product management and marketing, sales and CS. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap, ensure GTM readiness, and drive high-impact launches that resonate with target audiences.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead efforts to position Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products in the market, develop compelling messaging and positioning, and empower our sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our products.

Experience:
Skills & Competencies:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of driving successful product launches, defining GTM strategies, and delivering high-impact sales enablement programs.
- Strong experience collaborating with product management and cross-functional teams to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
- Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics in the SaaS and technology industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in sales enablement and working closely with sales teams to create effective sales collateral and training programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and improve product strategies.
- High level of collaboration and team orientation, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across departments.

- Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
