As a Digital Banking Product Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of banking. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and customer needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop product strategies, and launch new products and features. Your ability to balance business goals with customer needs will be key to driving success. What you do - Develop and execute product strategies for digital banking products and services - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales - Define product requirements and work with development teams to launch new products and features - Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions Who you are - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management - Proven track record of launching successful digital products and services - Strong understanding of the banking industry and digital trends - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
