FanDuel is looking to hire a Community Impact Senior Associate to join the growing Community Impact team. FanDuel is committed to driving a positive impact in the communities in which we operate, work, and live.  This role will help deliver and expand our Community Impact efforts, supporting initiatives that strengthen relationships with partners and engage employees in meaningful ways.  The Senior Associate will work directly with the VP of Community Impact, Community Impact team members and key stakeholders to plan, organize and manage CI projects, initiatives and deliverables, coordinate schedules, manage and communicate with cross-functional partners and assist with managing CI operations. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team with significant exposure across the organization and help build out the next chapter of Community Impact at FanDuel. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and project management skills; the ability to work independently on the execution of projects and deliverables and has experience developing, overseeing, and managing programs or projects that have significant impact across the wider organization. 

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Manage and oversee FanDuel’s Employee Matching Program, including tracking, reporting, and employee communications
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee volunteer events across key office locations
  • Assist and build high-quality presentations and decks to support internal communications, leadership reporting, and Community Impact storytelling
  • Support the tracking and processing of charitable donations, liaising with non-profit partners and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with budget management, tracking spends and preparing reports for leadership
  • Coordinate logistics and provide project management support for Community Impact campaigns and initiatives
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal Community Impact requests and partnerships

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in Community Impact / CSR, partnerships, events, or related professional field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare polished, concise presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills; skilled at building relationships across the organization at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint is a plus
  • Interest in sports, technology, and the role of corporate social responsibility in business is preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
