Our Food, Ads & Merchant team is a dynamic and diverse group of 100+ passionate professionals, each bringing unique expertise to the table. If Gojek were a feast, we’d be the secret sauce that ties everything together, adding flavor and consistency to the business from the inside out.
Our role is to align business strategies with financial results, helping Gojek continue to grow and maintain its leadership in the market, all while ensuring sustainability. But that’s not all—we’re also tasked with brainstorming fresh ideas to push Gojek’s performance even further. How do we do this? By staying sharp, data-driven, and practical in everything we do. For example, when deciding which initiatives to pursue, we use efficient methods that give us clear insights without overcomplicating things. What You Will Do
- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts, including tracking and monitoring actual results;
- Prepare analysis of financial and non-financial information to provide recommendations for management’s decision making;
- Review business performance and provide timely updates to management;
- Conduct market/impact sizing for potential new revenue streams/initiatives;
- Conduct competitive benchmarking with global/regional peers, analyzing annual reports and other public information;
- Involve in initiatives to improve revenue and economics within Food, Ads, Merchant Group
What You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience in financial services industry, corporate strategy roles in technology companies, or consulting
- Fluent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Understanding SQL is a plus
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, financial modeling and communication skills to drive analysis and initiatives independently
