About The Opportunity

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing customer engagement through strategic CRM initiatives, ensuring high-quality communication with our 1.5M+ customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop targeted campaigns, improve customer segmentation, and maintain the overall health of our CRM environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is highly analytical, technically proficient, and experienced in delivering one-off campaigns and automated customer journeys that drive business growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

What You’Ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute marketing and transactional campaigns using the CRM system
  • Leverage customer data to create segmentation strategies that maximize relevance and impact
  • Ensure effective communication with customers about new features, asset listings, security updates, and more
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys to enhance engagement and reduce churn
  • Work closely with our developers to set up integrations, define key customer attributes, and optimize data flows
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues, such as email rendering, unsubscribes, spam complaints, and user data inaccuracies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM best practices and implement improvements
  • Monitor and maintain CRM system health, ensuring deliverability, domain reputation, and compliance with industry standards and best practice

What We Look For

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), native German or Dutch is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience with the marketing suite of CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Selligent, or Airship.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Liquid scripting, HTML for email rendering, API integrations, and CRM data structures.
  • Deep understanding of CRM principles, including deliverability, email authentication, sender domain management, and industry compliance.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and engagement strategy development.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from customer data and campaign performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, effectively collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex CRM-related issues.
  • Interest in or experience with crypto to better understand customer behaviors and industry trends.
