Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to meet complex business needs. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams on a variety of projects to automate workflows, enhance data insights, and improve user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to expand their capabilities within a supportive environment. 
At the core of this role, you will be the person in the business who's going to bring automation challenges forward, and we're looking for somebody that can then automate them and start working with the team to identify these proactively (fix the issue with Power Automate Solutions or Power Platform and deliver them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI transforamtion projects
• Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft, Azure and third-party services. e.g. automation of all manual processes used by our franchises as part of the quarterly billing cycles.
• Manage and optimize data models using Dataverse, SQL, or SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver usercentric solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices.

Skills And Qualification

• Mid-level 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL Server as data sources.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, environment management, and security roles.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
