About The Job

The Sr. Manager, Clinical Development leads Synchron’s clinical field program and owns the last mile of product use in real-world settings. This role requires strong knowledge of rehabilitation practice and home use of assistive technologies (AT), turning observation into product improvements and helping patients achieve reliable, independent use.

Beyond building and managing the Field Clinical Engineering (FCE) team, this leader brings experience working with data engineers to build and operate a product-use database that shows how the technology is being used and highlights where patients face challenges. This is a high-ownership leadership role with a primary focus on field operations and a secondary responsibility for building and maintaining the product-use database that powers decision-making.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical & Medical Affairs, this position is essential to ensuring safe and reliable home use, accelerating product improvements, and aligning clinical execution with regulatory and business objectives.
