At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Data Architect (WMS Experience) to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming and multicultural environment.
Position OverviewAs a Systems Data Architect with WMS expertise, you will lead the assessment and strategic development for branch technology and data migration within our Warehouse Management System modernization initiative. You'll architect comprehensive solutions for technology integration and data migration across multiple warehouses, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining operational integrity. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll design scalable frameworks that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive data migration strategies for WMS platform implementation
• Inventory and evaluate technologies across warehouses, performing gap analysis between current and future states
• Create technology implementation roadmaps that align with business objectives and WMS capabilities
• Architect data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple warehouse rollouts
• Establish robust data integrity protocols including validation, reconciliation checks, and error handling mechanisms
• Develop contingency and rollback strategies to mitigate migration risks
• Guide the creation of thorough test plans and validation procedures for data migration activities

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong experience in systems architecture with focus on warehouse management systems
• Expertise in Java development and Oracle database technologies
• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and implementation
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale data migration strategies
• Understanding of warehouse operations and supporting technologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable implementation plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
